2024 Executive Committee

 

The Executive Committee oversees RASC committees and membership, advises on events, and directs internal planning. Executive Committee members work directly with the RASC Board of Directors to continually support the greater mission of the Railway Association of Southern California and its members.

PResident: Nathan Ortega

Nathan is an engineer with RailPros, from their Irvine, CA office, and a graduate from University of Arizona with a BS in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics.

Vice-President: Amr zaher

Amr is a professional Civil Engineer at Moffatt & Nichol in Costa Mesa, Orange County. He holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Civil Engineering and is an alumnus of the University of Southern California (USC).

The purpose of the Railway Association’s Board of Directors is to provide the Executive Committee with the knowledge and guidance necessary to lead its current members and subcommittees and to facilitate the ongoing mission to bring together rail industry professionals in Southern California.
